Glimpses from the European Book Tour
As I traveled across Helsinki, Copenhagen, Stockholm, and London, I met hundreds of leaders eager to move past surface-level leadership formulas. What I found was remarkable consistency in their questions and insights — a shared recognition that genuine growth starts with self-awareness.

Across four countries and hundreds of leaders, one message stood out — self-awareness is the foundation of growth.
As I wrap up my European book tour — 600+ attendees at events in Helsinki, Copenhagen, Stockholm, and London — I’m both humbled and energized by the extraordinary reception to the Self-Awareness Model from Blindspotting.
What struck me most was how deeply the messages resonated. Leaders across industries told me they were ready to move beyond simplistic lists of leadership types and traits and one-size-fits-all playbooks. What they found in the Model was something more powerful: a framework that captures the complexity of human behavior — with a practical, accessible methodology for performance improvement.
The conversations that followed were thoughtful, challenging, and inspiring. They reminded me why I wrote the book in the first place: because self-awareness is the point of access to our most effective tool – our unique personality which gives expression to all our skills.
