Named one of the top 10 books helping leaders recognize what they can’t see in themselves.

The feature calls out a core theme of the book: when our usual tools stop working, it’s often because we’re missing something we can’t see. That’s the essence of a blind spot. Until we uncover it, we can’t lead at our best.

The post offers a great summary of the book’s goal—to help leaders recognize the six types of blind spots and learn from the experiences of others who’ve faced them. If you’re putting together a summer reading list, I’d love for Blindspotting to be part of it.
